About the villa

Located just around the corner from Dubrovnik, with glorious views over Zaton Bay and private access to the beach. Sleek and modern, the villa was initially designed by artist Milovan Stanić, and has been recently finished by his family. Perhaps the most notable part of the property is the museum situated in the basement, displaying the artist's finest works. Inside the house is airy and open, with windows facing the sea for unobstructed views. The decor is natural and minimal, with wood-beamed ceilings and comfortable, contemporary furnishings. The outdoor areas are equally impressive, with a lovely infinity pool, covered seating areas, dining space and balconies which can be accessed from each of the four bedrooms.

The villa is located near Zaton Bay and its abundance of calm, scenic beaches. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. For a full experience of the area, make sure to visit the city of Dubrovnik, perhaps the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast.
