About the villa

Boasting glorious views of Mediterranean flora and across to the Adriatic Sea, Villa Vatra is a modern property with stunning furnishings and private pool. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite, colour scheme and view of the sea. In the living space, floor-to-ceiling windows allow in plenty of natural light, with a flatscreen TV and comfortable velvet seating. The fully-equipped kitchen is similarly sleek and modern, with a breakfast bar and a dining table for eight. Although contemporary in every aspect, the villa still manages to showcase a touch of the region's traditional architecture, thanks to its natural stone accents. An exercise room is provided for the fitness enthusiasts among your party, and there are also two bicycles provided for exploring the area. 

Outside, a large and tidy lawn makes the perfect space for playtime with children, located beside the outdoor dinning space and private pool. The villa is located close to Sutivan, a small fishing village and port town where plenty of local restaurants and cafes can be enjoyed. There are also several lovely beaches nearby.

Brač is the longest island in central Dalmatia. Naturally beautiful, it’s covered in lush pine forests and home to Zlatni Rat (also known as golden horn beach), one of the most amazing beaches in the whole of Europe.
