About the villa
This spacious, sociable house is perfect for families, with a games room equipped with table football, a pool table and air hockey, and a movie room with big flat screen television, leather recliners and beanbags for the kids. On the ground floor there is a large, open plan kitchen/living area with breakfast bar, dining table and comfortable leather corner sofa, and views out over the lake. The first of six en suite bedrooms is found on the ground floor, while three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with en suite bath or shower rooms, occupy the first floor. The double bedrooms are stylishly decorated, while younger children will love the Disney-themed bunk bed room.
Outside, the pool area is furnished for al fresco dining and lounging, while the attractive free form pool and Jacuzzi overlook the lake. Bella Vista is located on the Bella Vida Resort, and guests have access to resort facilities including a communal pool, gym, games room, café and concierge service. Located just a short drive from Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando, and less than 1km from restaurants on Highway 192, the house is perfectly located for exploring Orlando.
