Family villa holidays in Europe this summer are going to be BIG! After almost a year of restrictions and not having been able to see and spend time with our families, we hope that the summer of 2021 is when we will reunite, better still in a luxurious villa!
Our portfolio contains over 500 of what we would describe as some of the best family villas in Europe, from those with fantastic family-friendly facilities, to fun-filled activities nearby. With such an extensive selection, it would be impossible to pick a favourite, so here is just a sample of our most loved family properties.
Crystal Cove, Dubrovnik
At the water’s edge close to the ancient city of Dubrovnik, Crystal Cove is the ultimate villa for family fun in Croatia. The impressive private pool looks out to tranquil views of the turquoise adriatic, with a separate shallow section for little ones to make a splash; there’s also a jacuzzi for parents to enjoy once the kids are asleep. A footpath leads from the poolside terrace to an exclusive sunbathing platform on the rocks, a private boat mooring (if you plan to explore the islands) and a pretty pebble beach.
Back at the villa the fun continues, with a children’s playground and a pool table for teens (and adults too). Plus, one of the bedrooms is also perfect for kids sharing, with three single beds.
Casa Malhao, Algarve
With panoramic views over the lush surrounding landscapes, Casa Malhao provides a haven of luxury and comfort in the cloudless Algarve. The outdoor space is where kids will want to spend all of their holiday time; the heatable pool is amazing at 15m long and there’s a separate heated children’s pool.
The pool house is a villa of its own and has plenty to offer to keep kids entertained. There’s a spacious living area with a large TV and playstation, a dining area with a fridge for snacks and a full size pool table. And there’s an additional games area in the courtyard with table tennis and table football...need we say more?

Allegria, Andalucia
This Andalucian finca provides a luxurious escape for families, just 2km away from the beach at Los Granados. The heated pool forms a focal point within the villa’s beautifully landscaped gardens for children to play and swim, while parents either join in or sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Inside the villa, alongside 5 elegant en-suite bedrooms and wonderfully spacious living and dining areas there is also a games room with a pool table, table football and a selection of board games.

Anilia, Corfu
A fantastic choice for large family holidays, Anilia is a large and luxurious villa with breathtaking bay views over St Stephano. The pool is rather exceptional at 13m long with a separate section for little ones and a selection of children’s pool toys, plus a Jacuzzi. A private floodlit tennis court at the bottom of the garden is great for family-friendly games and if that’s still not enough to keep your children entertained there’s also table tennis, a pool table and a large screen TV with an Xbox and playstation.

Beach Retreat, Sardinia
A wonderfully private property close to the coast in Sardinia, Beach Retreat ticks all the boxes for a fun-filled family getaway. The villa is located just 1.5km from the golden sandy beach at Portixeddu - have bicycles delivered to the villa for a picturesque journey there and back; there’s even a selection of wetsuits available at the villa for watersports in the sea.
The villa itself has plenty to keep kids and adults entertained on holiday, starting with its impressive infinity pool. The games room has table tennis and a large TV, while a separate reading room comes with a selection of books. And if you’re travelling with little ones, there are cots, highchairs, bath seats and bottle warmers to keep baby happy too.
