About the villa

Villa Timo is one of two brand new properties built to the highest standard, perched above the village of Nikiana with beautiful views across the sea to the mountains of the mainland. The property is just 500m from a pebbly beach and Nikiana harbour, and is walking distance or a short drive to the centre of Nikiana with its supermarket, bakery, bank and restaurants. The lively seaside town of Nidri is only 5km away, and Lefkada Town a short drive further. The villa has a clean, modern layout with an open plan living/dining area and kitchen with two sets of French doors opening out to the terrace and letting in plenty of light.
