Your Destination Expert

Your local Destination Expert will be in touch one to two weeks before you arrive and will be your dedicated point of contact while you're in destination. With extensive local knowledge and expertise of your villa, they can provide personalised recommendations, arrange restaurant bookings, assist with local taxi services, and offer advice on the best places to visit. 

If you're celebrating something special, they can help make any occasion truly memorable, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, family gathering or milestone. From private chefs, celebration cakes and flowers to experiences and special touches, they can help create unforgettable moments in the comfort of your villa. Should any questions or issues arise during your stay, they are always on hand to provide support.

Your Villa Staff

Your villa staff play an important role in ensuring your stay is comfortable and relaxing. The team varies from villa to villa, working hard behind the scenes to care for the villa and its grounds, providing housekeeping services where included, and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly during your stay. Your Destination Expert will let you know which staff are associated with your villa and when they are due to attend during your stay, coordinating with them where required.

Pre-Arrival Arrangements

Shopping Service
Stock the fridge ahead of your stay and enjoy effortless comfort from the moment you arrive with our pre-arrival shopping service. Available at the majority of our villas, teams in destination can organise a selection of grocery essentials, drinks, and other requested items to be waiting for you on arrival. Please note prices for this service may vary.

Baby and Toddler Items
In several of our destinations, our team are on hand to help arrange a variety of baby and toddler equipment to make travelling with young children that little bit easier. Depending on the destination, items such as cots, highchairs, stair gates, baby baths, baby monitors, and other family essentials may be available to hire or request before arrival.

Pre-Arrival Bundles
Elevate your arrival with one of our pre-arrival bundles, available in selected destinations. Whether you'd like a Sundowners Starter Pack ready for sunset drinks by the pool, a BBQ Kit stocked with all the essentials for al fresco dining, or a Celebration Bundle to mark a special occasion, these convenient packages add an extra touch of ease and enjoyment to your stay. Your local Destination Expert will also get in touch one to two weeks before your arrival and can help arrange a variety of services and experiences ahead of your stay.

Some services are complimentary, while others incur an additional charge, which will vary depending on the service, destination and supplier. Full details of any costs and complimentary inclusions will be shared before arrangements are confirmed, so you can decide what works best for you.

Yes, in many destinations we can arrange for a cook, private chef, or catering service to come to your villa.
