Since returning from my first backpacking adventure in 2017, I knew I wanted to build a career in travel. Aside from a brief stint supporting women in leadership coaching, I've worked in travel operations ever since, helping ensure every part of the customer journey runs smoothly from booking through to departure. Adventure travel will always have my heart. I've been lucky enough to spend time travelling independently, including a 9 month solo backpacking trip from Mexico to Colombia, where I sailed from Panama, learned to surf, attended Spanish school and stayed with local families along the way. One of my biggest adventures started at home when my partner and I converted a van from scratch, despite me not even knowing how to use a drill at the time! After months of hard work and a few hiccups, we spent 5 months travelling through Europe and Morocco, making it all the way to the Sahara Desert. I'm now excited to be part of the CV Villas team. I was drawn to the company's boutique feel and personalised approach to travel, helping create holidays that become memories and stories people will talk about for years to come.
