As a lover of all things Mediterranean, I am delighted to have recently joined the CV Marketing Team and also joining the travel industry. My recent travel adventures have taken me to Bali, Spain, Rome, and building on a target of seeing a new Greek Island every year...so far I have Corfu, Rhodes and Paros ticked off the list, so with 227 inhabited Greek islands, I have a few to get through! My favourite thing to do whilst away is try local cuisine, and I'd never say no to experiences on the water, whether that is a boat trip or snorkelling by local reefs.

What is your favourite destination? 

Spain, specifically Southern Spain or the Balearics, I absolutely love the culture, atmosphere, weather and most importantly for me, the food! 

Which destination is top of your bucket list and why?

I'd probably say Australia. I know a lot of people who have been and it's somewhere that is a must in terms of a bucket list.

How do you spend your time whilst on holiday?

I like to vary my days whilst away, with a combination of sunbathing, great food, and exploring the local area. One of my favourite travel memories was in Barcelona, where we explored the city by bike, we did nearly 2 hours of cycling every day!

What's your top travel tip?

Make your house a home as soon as you arrive. Unpack, hang up any clothes you need to, put your toothbrush by the sink and so on. For me this allows me to relax from start to finish, if I can't see my suitcase then mentally I never have to leave.
