About the villa

Villa Koti is a detached villa located approximately a 10‑minute walk from Kalkan’s old town, harbour, beach, shops and restaurants. Built from local stone, the property offers a straightforward layout with a mix of indoor and outdoor living space.

Outside, there is a private pool with a sunken swim‑up bar and in‑water seating. The surrounding terrace provides space for sunbathing, along with a covered dining area. The garden includes several mature olive trees.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors and includes three double bedrooms, suitable for up to six adults. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. On the second floor, there is a third double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a freestanding bath. A balcony runs across the front of the villa on the first and second floors, providing open views.
