Nestled on the water's edge of Kalamar Bay, Villa Akim II provides the perfect venue for couples holidaying on Turkey's coastline. Inside the villa is warm, modern and welcoming, with a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely, large double bedroom complete with a shower room en suite. Step outside onto the terrace to discover incredible seascapes from your private infinity pool. There are also lovely spaces to wine and dine in the sunshine.

The villa offers access to six beach club-style bathing platforms, nestled right on the water's edge. These are private for the estate made up of six properties, which can be booked together for larger groups of up to 30 guests. These include Villa Sahil, Villa Kenar, Villa Keyali, Villa Akim I and Villa Akim III.

The property is part of a development along with 5 other properties which lend themselves well to accommodating larger groups in any combination of the villas and all 6 can be booked together (subject to availability) if required. The 6 villas include Villa Sahil, Villa Kenar, Villa Keyali, Villa Akim I, Villa Akim II and Villa Akim III.

All properties have access to the beach club style bathing platform that is only accessible by the 6 properties in the development. There are multiple platforms with shaded pergola's for the guests to use.
