The villa comprises a main house with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living and dining area that leads out onto a sun-filled terrace. A separate annex provides an additional double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a cosy sitting area with an office space, ideal for privacy and flexibility.

Set within beautifully maintained gardens, the property features a private rectangular pool with integral steps, sun loungers, and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing afternoons and al fresco dining.
