Recently renovated and providing relaxed and unpretentious comfort, this two-storey villa is enviably positioned just 1km away from the sandy beach of Son Bou and the shopping centre, with a wide selection of shops and restaurant as well as buses to Alaoir or Mahon. The property boasts a wonderful terrace with a private swimming pool, ideal for sundowners, and one of the best panoramic views of the Balearic Sea. Facilities for outdoor living include a covered al fresco dining table adjacent to the swimming pool with access to interiors, and a shaded dining terrace with barbecue and preparation area.

The following cancellation terms apply, if you cancel 45 to 30 days - 50% of the booking amount will be forfeited, 29 to 15 days - 75 % will be forfeited, 14 to 1 day -100% will be forfeited.

Due to the properties location at the top of the hill, the distance of Son Bou and the shopping centre, Car hire is recommended. Additionally, access to the property is via a large number of steps.
