Chic, light and contemporary, Villa Omar enjoys an enviable setting in an exclusive residential area, backed by the greens of the golf course. There’s an almost futuristic feel to its architectural design; the sweeping curves of shaded terraces providing attractively furnished areas for al fresco dining and relaxing, and looking out to long lawns, peppered with young palms and Mediterranean pines. This is the setting for the villa’s inviting pool, lined with mosaic tiles in striking deep blue, and for a built-in barbecue for leisurely family lunches. Within the house, clean lines and uncluttered styling add to a sense of spaciousness, with décor throughout in shades of grey, clay and chalk.Accommodation on the villa’s ground floor includes a large living/dining room and a sleek kitchen with breakfast bar; along with two double and two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bath or shower room. The lower ground level is home to a games room with TV and a pool table, and there are two further bedrooms here, ideal for youngsters.
