Villa Panoramica is a spectacular contemporary property looking out over the vast landscape of Albufeira and its surroundings. With splendid views, this two-storey luxury villa is the perfect setting for a group of friends or families with older children. Villa Panoramica is made of the finest stone, resembling a traditional house from the outside. Furnished in crisp white décor with splashes of bright tones, this spacious and airy property is designed for outdoor living, featuring large terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout. The stylish yet simple interiors provide a sense of luxury with the comfort of modern facilities. 

The open-plan living and dining area, as well as the state-of-the-art kitchen, open up to the terrace and the swimming pool. A great addition to the ground floor is the fabulous bar area from where the stunning sunsets can be enjoyed. There is also a cloakroom and an area with raised dais with telescope and viewing dome on this level. A double, a twin bedroom, a Jack and Jill shower room, a cloakroom and a utility room, complete the ground level. The first floor includes the master double bedroom with private shower and a study room. Villa Panoramica is just 3.5km from Praia do Evaristo, a small sandy beach to the west of the resort town of Albufeira.

Originally a small fishing village, Albufeira has grown into a large, bustling tourist resort. But from the pretty old town to the modern new marina, there is a lot to explore both here and in the surrounding area. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine in the main square Largo Duarte Pacheco where locals and tourists alike congregate, and people watch to your heart’s content. Hire a car and explore nearby fishing villages or one of the dozens of beaches along this stretch of coast, or venture inland to historic Silves.
