About the villa

Privately screened in greenery and set behind large lawns, the beautiful Villa Ermione is like a breath of fresh air. With views of the ocean from the upper floor and glimpses, from ground level, of the sparkling blue between the palms and pines, there’s a distinctly maritime feel to the chic interiors too, from décor and furnishings in soft blue and white, to selected artefacts celebrating the coast, and air conditioning to complement salt-sea breezes. Seating and dining areas here overlook the pool and gardens, where a children’s splash pool sits beside the night-lit swimming pool; the poolside games room provides awning shade and has a pool table, table football, and sitting room with TV; and there is a built-in barbecue for leisurely lunches in the sun. Superbly positioned in Olhos de Agua, the house is a 200m stroll from the sandy beach, and just a little further from shops and restaurants in the village.
