On the ground floor, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space flows seamlessly onto a spacious sea-facing terrace, perfect for relaxed mornings or elegant evening gatherings. Also on this level is a double bedroom and a separate utility room. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a private balcony, while two further double bedrooms each include their own dressing rooms for added comfort and privacy.

The top floor offers a dedicated study that opens onto a large panoramic terrace, ideal for quiet reading, remote work, or sunset aperitifs. A further shower room completes this level.
