On the first floor, the contemporary kitchen dining area, and adjacent living room forms the main hub of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a generous breakfast bar and separate wine fridge, and the dining space seats eight guests comfortably for indoor meals.

The four bedrooms are distributed across the first and second floor to offer privacy for groups. The second floor has a double bedroom with an en suite shower room that opens onto an upper terrace overlooking the bay, alongside a second double bedroom, a bunk bedroom well suited for children, and a separate bathroom. Down on the ground floor, a second sitting room, a bathroom, and a private gym provide independent spaces to exercise or relax away from the main living areas. In addition, a mezzanine studio features a cosy reading area and an elevated viewing area with unmatched views over the water.

Outside, days naturally centre around the private pool, which features built-in steps for accessibility. Sun loungers and umbrellas line the stone terrace, while an outdoor barbecue offers guests the option to enjoy relaxed sunset meals outside.
