About the villa

Luna Mare is situated by the sea close to the popular resort of Fontane Bianche, a popular waterside resort south of Syracuse. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept south facing garden, with plenty of well-equipped outdoor spaces, a pool with a sun terrace and direct  access to the sea. The interior of the property is comfortable and cosy, spread across two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a central ornamental fireplace, as well as a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. This floor is also home to two bedrooms with en suites and a guest bathroom. On the first floor, guests will discover a master bedroom furnished with an en suite bathroom and three bedrooms with an en suite shower room. Each room is furnished with taste, designed with modern decor and authentic Italian touches.

The villa is located just a few kilometres from Sicily's most beautiful south-eastern towns, including Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto. For keen outdoor enthusiasts, the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile are also within easy reach. The villa has direct access to a rocky beach, or guests can opt for a sandy beach at Fontane Bianche. The closest airport is Catania, just 80km away.
