The main house has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with king-size beds and direct access to the gardens. A restored trullo annex provides an additional bedroom with a living space, fireplace, and private courtyard, ideal for families or small groups seeking extra privacy.

Interiors are light and airy, with white tuff stone walls, high ceilings, and carefully considered furnishings. The living room and dining area open onto terraces with views across the Adriatic, while the fully equipped kitchen connects to an outdoor dining space, making it effortless to move between inside and out.
