You’ll learn all about the process of producing olive oil, or as the Pugliese call it ‘green gold’, how the olives are harvested, pressed and bottled before heading to the cosy tasting room. Here, you’ll be guided on how to recognise extra virgin olive oils by taste and smell and pick up some tips on food pairings.

Wine Tours & Tasting

Lose yourself among the enchanting vineyards of Salento, exploring the vines and cellars as you are regaled with tales of local winemakers.
