The kitchen opens onto a shaded dining terrace, perfect for al fresco meals. Inside, the bright and spacious sitting room connects to outdoor lounging areas, ideal for relaxing throughout the day. The ground floor includes a twin room, a double with en suite, a single room, and an additional double bedroom, served by a shared shower room. Upstairs, the generous master suite enjoys access to a private terrace, along with a study and second lounge area.

Outside, the 11 metre pool is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, olive trees, and a hammock, inviting lazy afternoons in the sun. With air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and smart TVs, every modern convenience is in place.

Just a short drive from sandy beaches and the coastal resort of Torre Canne, the villa is also close to the whitewashed hilltop town of Ostuni, with Cisternino and Fasano nearby, ideal for exploring the beauty of the region.
