Once a late 18th-century farmhouse, it has been thoughtfully transformed into a light-filled three-bedroom retreat, blending clean contemporary lines with the rustic soul of a masseria.

Inside, the house celebrates natural materials - hand-applied lime plaster, reclaimed stone, warm timber, and artisanal ironwork - creating an inviting, tactile atmosphere. The professional kitchen opens seamlessly to a relaxed dining area, ideal for leisurely meals, local wine, and long conversations. Three generous bedrooms and four beautifully appointed bathrooms provide comfort with effortless elegance. 

Outside, a shaded pergola invites alfresco dining, while the infinity pool opens onto sweeping views of olive groves, orchards, and dry-stone walls stretching across the countryside.
