Set on the peaceful coastline near Akrotiri, Villa Aetheria is a contemporary haven where sleek design meets the endless blue of the Ionian Sea. Spanning 210sqm, this elegant retreat offers uninterrupted views and direct access to the water, creating an idyllic setting for up to eight guests.

Inside, the villa’s main floor is a light-filled space with an open-plan living and dining area, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that lead straight to the terrace and infinity pool. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with two ovens, two fridges, and a coffee machine, makes self-catering effortless, while a cloakroom adds convenience for guests belongings.

Upstairs, four stylish double bedrooms each featuring a private en suite shower room. Three open onto balconies with sweeping sea views, while the fourth offers cozy privacy. Every bedroom includes a safe, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, high-speed internet, and Bluetooth speakers. From the terrace, a path leads directly to the sea for refreshing morning swims or afternoons in the sun.
