With restaurants, cafés, shops and the harbour nearby, the villa is ideally placed for enjoying the island’s relaxed pace of life, while Nidri Beach and a variety of watersports are just moments away.


Set among the lush green hills of Nidri, Villa Green Islets enjoys a wonderful waterfront setting close to the heart of this charming coastal town. With restaurants, cafés, shops and the harbour nearby, the villa is ideally placed for enjoying the island’s relaxed pace of life, while Nidri Beach and a variety of watersports are just moments away.

Inside, the villa offers a comfortable open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming setting for relaxed mornings and evenings together. Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six guests, with the additional annexe bedroom offering added flexibility for families or groups of friends.

Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
