Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by lush landscaped gardens and ample private parking. Step inside to discover a bright, spacious interior where large windows and sliding glass doors flood the living spaces with natural light and showcase sweeping views of the Ionian Sea and surrounding countryside. The open-plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table that seats eight, creating a welcoming space for both relaxation and entertaining. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, three stylish bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, en suites, and ample wardrobe space. Two of the rooms open onto a private balcony with views across the sea and gardens. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive. A large private swimming pool sits at the heart of the garden, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and shaded seating areas—perfect for unwinding with a book or soaking up the sun. The covered veranda offers a stylish al fresco dining area with a barbecue, ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends while watching the sunset. Children have plenty of space to play on the lawn, and the mature gardens provide a tranquil setting for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The sweeping sands of Mounda and Kaminia beaches are just a 10 minute drive away, both known for their natural beauty and as popular nesting sites for loggerhead turtles. Guests can also visit a nearby local winery to sample the island’s renowned wines and produce. The island’s capital, Argostoli, is around 25 km away, offering a wider choice of shops, restaurants, and harbourside strolls.
