Villa Chara is a charming four-bedroom retreat nestled in the historic village of Vlachata on Kefalonia's south coast. Perched a couple hundred metres above sea level, this inviting villa offers a peaceful escape for families or groups of friends looking to unwind together. Overlooking the Ionian Sea and Mount Ainos, Villa Chara provides a serene backdrop that enhances the villa’s relaxed atmosphere, with an infinity pool and beautifully landscaped gardens making good use of the incredible views.

Set over three floors, Villa Chara combines modern design with warm Greek hospitality. The spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens onto a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while taking in the lovely views of the Ionian Sea. Two bright and airy lounge areas provide comfortable spots to relax, whilst each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed, offering en-suite bathrooms and access to private terraces where guests can appreciate the idyllic surrounding scenery.

The villa's outdoor spaces include gorgeous landscaped gardens and an infinity pool area, designed for relaxing with a view. There are a number of games to play out under the sun, keeping the family entertained at all times. The infinity pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, creating an inviting space for lounging under the sun. For those seeking shade, a snug area offers comfortable seating to unwind with a book or simply enjoy the moment. The open terrace features a summer kitchen and barbecue, providing an ideal setting to enjoy al fresco meals while soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. Located just twelve kilometres east of Argostoli, Kefalonia's capital, and within walking distance of local tavernas and a mini-market, Villa Chara strikes a lovely balance between seclusion and accessibility, allowing guests to experience the charms of island life, all at their own pace.
