The heart of Beach House Amira is its spacious living room, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views of the sea and mountains. This central space flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating an open plan layout ideal for socialising and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen adjacent to these areas is a culinary enthusiast's dream, capable of easily catering to large groups or intimate gatherings. 

Beach House Amira features nine exquisitely appointed bedrooms, each offering breathtaking sea views that create a sense of tranquillity and connection with the surrounding nature. Six of these bedrooms provide direct access to the sea, allowing guests to step out onto their private terraces and wake up to the soothing sounds of gentle waves. En suite bathrooms and ample storage ensure a comfortable and private retreat for each guest. The variety of room configurations makes the villa suitable for different group dynamics, from couples to families or friends travelling together.

The outdoor space is a true paradise that seamlessly blends with the natural beauty of Crete. Just steps away from the villa, guests can sink their toes into the soft sand of the private beach and enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Libyan Sea. The surrounding sand dunes, adorned with delicate sand lilies that bloom in August, create a unique and protected environment.  Multiple terraces and outdoor seating areas provide perfect spots for al fresco dining, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the mesmerising views. Nature enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that the beach is a nesting ground for the Caretta Caretta sea turtle, which lays its eggs here every June, adding an element of ecological wonder to the villa experience.
