For 2027, the owner requests a compulsory security deposit of £4000, this is a refundable amount provided there are no damages. CV Villas will contact you around  week before departure to take this amount, and will be refunded on your return provided there are no damages.

 

Proof of valid travel insurance will be requested before travelling to this property.
