The house is built to capture the natural light, with quiet spaces that frame views of the sea and the distant silhouette of Montecristo.

The interiors prioritise ease and connection to the landscape. On the ground floor, three comfortable en suite bedrooms open directly onto the gardens or terraces, allowing the sea breeze to circulate freely. The first floor is dedicated to relaxation, featuring a spacious living area that leads to a panoramic balcony, an ideal spot for a game of table tennis or an evening drink overlooking the water.

Outdoor living is the heart of the experience here. The private pool features built-in steps for easy access and is surrounded by a terrace with plenty of shaded corners for cooling off during the afternoon.
