On the first floor, guests will be wowed by a welcoming living room offering magnificent views and comfort. There is also a spacious dining room and kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms is complete with stunning modern decor and an en suite bathroom. There is also a garage on the ground floor of this property, kitted with an elevator that goes up to the second floor. The rooftop terrace is this villa's piece de resistance, laid out with a lounge area, barbecue and extraordinary views.

Villa Modi is situated on a picturesque road within walking distance of a restaurant and several beaches. From the villa is just a fifteen minute drive to Omiš, a quaint port and fishing village. Guests will discover plenty of things to do here, including climbing, rafting and canoeing. Visitors can also explore the 13th-century fortress Mirabela as well as several churches and the Franciscan monastery. If further accommodation is required, Villa Moda is just next door and can be rented to sleep up to six more guests.
