Boasting glorious views of Mediterranean flora and across to the Adriatic Sea, Villa Lumin is a modern property with stunning furnishings and private pool. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite, colour scheme and view of the sea. In the living space, floor-to-ceiling windows allow in plenty of natural light, with a flatscreen TV and comfortable velvet seating. The fully-equipped kitchen is similarly sleek and modern, with a breakfast bar and a dining table for eight. Although contemporary in every aspect, the villa still manages to showcase a touch of the region's traditional architecture, thanks to its natural stone accents. 

Outside, a large and tidy lawn makes the perfect space for playtime with children, located beside the outdoor dinning space and private pool. The villa is located close to Sutivan, a small fishing village and port town where plenty of local restaurants and cafes can be enjoyed. There are also several lovely beaches nearby.
