At the heart of the outdoor space is a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, while a barbecue and outdoor dining area make it easy to gather for relaxed meals with family and friends. A private path leads directly towards the beach, placing the soft sands and excellent snorkelling of Mahoe Bay within easy reach.

Inside, the villa has a bright, welcoming feel, with exposed timber-beamed ceilings, cool tiled floors and open-plan living spaces that make the most of the sea breeze. The kitchen and living space flow onto the terrace, creating a natural connection between indoor and outdoor living.

If you're wanting to explore the local area, Sugarcane Restaurant is just a short drive away, while nearby Nail Bay Golf Club provides one of the island's most scenic rounds. Spanish Town, with its shops, restaurants and ferry terminal, can also be reached in around 10 minutes by car.
