Outdoor living takes centre stage here, with stone-paved terraces providing uninterrupted views across the coastline. A private swimming pool, hot tub, complete with a rock waterfall feature, create an inviting place to spend sunny afternoons, while the shaded pavilion serves as a natural hub for gathering with family and friends. An open-air lounge/dining area, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, sink, fridge and bar make entertaining effortless. Elsewhere within the grounds, guests can enjoy a private four-hole putting green, table tennis, and a tranquil Zen garden.

Inside, the villa's bright and airy main room brings together the living, dining and kitchen areas in one sociable space. Exposed timber ceilings and cool stone flooring add character, while wide openings onto the covered verandas blur the line between indoors and out.

Accommodating up to six guests, the villa's three en suite bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to balance comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms occupy the main level, featuring king and double queen configurations, outdoor showers and private terraces. The third bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and benefits from its own sitting area with trundle beds, making it particularly well suited to families. Despite its secluded feel, Blue Lagoon is just a 200m stroll from the calm waters of Mahoe Bay. Tennis courts are nearby, Sugarcane Restaurant is less than 2km away, and the shops, restaurants and ferry connections of Spanish Town can be reached within 4.3km.
