This charming, white-bricked property stands out amongst lush greenery and swaying palms in beautiful St James. Guests can head through the large, arched doorway to discover a bright and elegant living space, complete with cosy sofas, marble tiles and a grand piano. The family room offers the perfect spot to relax after a day of activities, furnished with a TV and comfortable seating for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot for your private cook service to prepare a delightful meal, designed with an opening that leads directly to the wonderful terrace overlooking the pool. The ground floor is also home to a spacious double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. Following up the spiral staircase, the first floor offers access to two more lovely bedrooms with windows that showcase the incredible panoramic views beyond. The guest cottage is the perfect spot for guests seeking a bit of privacy, designed with two twin rooms which can both be converted into a king size bed.

Outside, the garden boasts a beautiful array of lush flora and fauna encasing the villa's centrepiece, a large infinity pool accompanied by a wonderful Jacuzzi. The villa boasts access to all of Sugar Hill Resort's amenities, including a tennis court and watersports. Local places of interest include Bridgetown, which can be found just a 14km drive away. For seaside enthusiasts, Royal Pavilion Beach Club is just 2.9km away. Grantley Adams International Airport is 30km away.

Important Information

Please note that there is a minimum stay of 7 nights throughout the year. For Christmas and New Year there is a minimum stay of 14.

Security deposit will be debited via a secure link pre-departure to cover incidentals and any damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations for bookings made outside of the Christmas and New Year Period at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival you will receive either a refund of the deposits less 10% of the total rental fee or a full credit towards a future stay in the same villa within 12 months of the original stay date without any penalty.

For cancellations within the Christmas and New Year Period, all payments are non-refundable.

For cancellations within fifty-nine (59) days of arrival, all payments are forfeited.
