An ideal house for an informal family holiday, Latitude offers laid-back luxury, right by the beach. At first glance, the villa presents its traditional persona, with its coral stone construction, a porch and walled courtyard at the entry, and a full length veranda, on the seafront side, beneath a first floor balcony. And this classic country-house impression is confirmed by oriental rugs in the cosy study, understated elegance in the Four en suite bedrooms, and cook service for a touch of indulgence. 

The villa’s second nature, though, is to entertain. So contemporary facilities include an integrated electronic home management system, high speed internet access, state-of-the-art entertainment systems, a small gym, exercise jets in the beachfront plunge pool, and a poolside bar and barbecue. Overlooking the pool and sea, the covered veranda is furnished for dining and sundowners. And doors lead in from here to a smart and spacious kitchen, open-plan to the convivial living room. 

Set at the edge of Gibbs Beach, with water sports nearby and a beach bar/restaurant 700m away, the villa is within 5km of Speightstown, Holetown and the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course.

100% cancellation will be due for bookings cancelled 60 days or less prior to departure.

A friendly cat lives at the property. The cat is not allowed inside the house. Children are welcome with nanny supervision. 

Beach sun loungers available for guests use.

Security deposit of USD 2,000 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.

Beaches are affected throughout the year by changes in weather and currents, which result in sand deposition and erosion. Beaches can look very different from season to season.

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) the 20th December and the 10th January. 25% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas period, special booking conditions apply. 

Late departure: should you wish to guarantee a late check-out after 1200 hrs on departure day, an additional charge may apply and staffing arrangements may vary. In the event that the villa cannot accommodate a late check out, day passes are available at other facilities. Please enquire on booking.
