Nestled near one of Barbados' finest beaches, Footprints offers an exceptional coastal retreat for families and groups of friends, with breathtaking sea views visible throughout the villa. This spacious property boasts five contemporary suites, each designed with comfort and style in mind. The villa's prime location puts guests just a few minutes’ walk from pristine white sands. With its private infinity-edge pool, beachside wading pool, and an array of modern amenities, Footprints sets the stage for an unforgettable Caribbean experience.

*A large condominium building is currently under construction directly behind the property. While the villa’s design and positioning help to reduce the potential impact, guests may still experience some noise disturbance during their stay. This project is ongoing throughout 2026, with timelines subject to change. In recognition of this, the price has been discounted by 15%.*


Beaches are affected throughout the year by changes in weather and currents, which result in sand deposition and erosion. Beaches can look very different from season to season.

50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) the 20th December and the 10th January. 25% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas period, special booking conditions apply. 

Late departure: should you wish to guarantee a late check-out after 1200 hrs on departure day, an additional charge may apply and staffing arrangements may vary. In the event that the villa cannot accommodate a late check out, day passes are available at other facilities. Please enquire on booking.
