This unique villa blends diverse architectural styles, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for families and groups seeking both relaxation and excitement. 

Inside, the living spaces are designed to bring people together while offering ample room for relaxation. The dining/seating pavilion features an open-plan kitchen, providing views of the gardens and lake. Comfortable seating areas are perfect for escaping the heat, while a dedicated TV room ensures entertainment for all. For those looking for more active fun, a pool table in the open-sided games pavilion adds to the villa's playfulness.

The Lake House accommodates up to ten guests across its five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each suite features a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto shared terraces or balconies, allowing guests to fully appreciate the villa's serene surroundings; all bedrooms are designed to provide a tranquil retreat after a day of adventure. A further ling size bedroom and bunk bedroom sleeping 6 provide accommodation for up to 18. 

Outside, there are endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. The thirteen metre pool, a swimmable lake, a trampoline, and a floodlit skatepark. The expansive gardens provide plenty of secluded spots to unwind and take in the breathtaking vistas.

Located close to some of Sri Lanka's best surf breaks, beach bars, and lively eateries, the Lake House is perfectly positioned for exploring the south coast. Beaches are just a ten minute drive away, while the historic Galle Fort is only fifteen minutes from the villa. This prime location allows guests to easily experience the region's rich cultural heritage and vibrant local life, making the Lake House an ideal base for both relaxation and fun.

For 5 bedrooms guests can use 5 bedrooms or 4 doubles and 1 bunk room with 6 beds - can accommodate 10 adults or 8 adults and 6 children

for 7 bedrooms guests can use 7 bedrooms  (6 doubles and 1 bunk bedroom) which can accommodate 12 adults and 6 children

Minimum Stays

Christmas & New Year (14th December - 7th January) - 7 nights

14th February - 22nd February & 1st April - 12th April - 5 nights

All other dates - 2 nights
