Villa Juniper is one of six very spacious fully-staffed private villas, all with private gardens set within the grounds of a small hotel.  All the villas include décor that showcases the bright and exotic fabrics and tiles for which Morocco is well known. The bedrooms are flexibly furnished and can be made up as either double or twin and are of a consistent size, with air conditioning and either a bath or shower room en suite. The spacious living rooms catch the cooling breezes, and open on to a broad terrace, with al fresco sitting and dining areas, each with a beautiful pool with Moroccan tiling. Villa Juniper is one of the latest villas, finished in 2019.  One bedroom on the ground floor opens out to the terrace. The master bedroom on the first floor opens out to the upper terrace. 

Breakfast is included and for other meals, guests can choose to be independent, shop locally and self-cater, ask the villa staff to prepare meals, or choose dishes from the villa food menu or wine list or dine a la carte at the noted hotel restaurant where barbecues are held on Sundays. Guests can also use the hotel bar and enjoy beauty and wellness treatments in the spa that this special hotel offers. The hotel staff will be pleased to advise on activities locally such as surfing and can organise car hire or transfers to explore local beaches and restaurants. There is also a shuttle service to the centre of Essaouira.

Important Information

Occupancy for 7-9 guests: 1 additional single bed will be placed in each bedroom, available free of charge.

Minimum stay: 3 nights apart from 5 nights for the following periods: 01 - 08 January, 07 February - 08 March, 04 April - 31 May, 18 October - 11 November and 19 - 31 December (Christmas and New Year). Minimum stay 1 night 09 January - 06 February, 31 May - 02 July and 21 November - 18 December.

Please note that there is a tourist tax of  38 MAD per person per night payable locally on departure.
