About the villa

Set in one of the most exclusive locations on the Dalmatian coast, Villa Mondrac is a welcoming property built with authentic Croatian stone. The villa offers wonderful views of the ocean from all three floors, whilst being just minutes outside of Dubrovnik. With access to the pool deck, the ground floor features a contemporary kitchen, dining area and cosy living room with a stone fireplace. The upper floors feature five spacious bedrooms, two of which are en suite. The large outdoor terrace leads onto a lovely private pool paired with loungers, a covered seating area and al fresco dining table. From here, guests can enjoy Croatia's wonderful sunsets or watch the ferries pass by. 

This villa is situated close to bustling Dubrovnik, perhaps the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast. The city is rich in culture and historical significance. Its charming Old Town, protected by UNESCO, is the perfect place to stroll through on a sunny afternoon. There are also several picturesque pebble beaches nearby.
