Beyond the living space, there is study/TV room with a polished concrete desk that looks across to the cosy living space with a flat screen TV and comfortable corner sofa. The most unique feature of this house is the turfed roof garden topped with a viewing platform perfect for sundowners. Stretching the entire width of the living space is the fabulous twenty metre pool, enjoying south facing views over the Indian Ocean. A crisp lawn dotted with swaying palms surrounds the pool area, with a sheltered table and chairs providing an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast. Elsewhere within the villa’s grounds is a tranquil yoga platform, while stepping stones lead down to the privately accessed paradisiacal beach.

When it comes to on holiday dining, the chef at Woodapple House is fantastic, and chef service is included for all meals with just the ingredients left to pay for.
