Perched in the hills near Cabris, Villa Perfume offers a calm and stylish escape with sweeping views across the countryside to the Bay of Cannes. This stone-built villa blends character and contemporary comfort, making it ideal for families or groups of up to ten guests.

The villa is arranged across two wings, with a master bedroom and second double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms and access to terraces or balconies. The bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas open onto a large terrace, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces effortlessly. Natural materials and clean lines create a relaxed, understated atmosphere, while the living room and terrace provide inviting spaces to unwind.

Outside, a heatable pool with Roman steps is surrounded by sunbeds, and the L-shaped terrace and shaded dining areas offer relaxed alfresco living. Olive and palm trees frame the garden, enhancing the villa’s sense of calm and privacy.

Just 2 km from Cabris with cafés, shops, and local markets, and 5 km from Grasse, renowned for its perfume-making heritage and historic old town, the villa is also within easy reach of Cannes for beaches, dining, and cultural attractions.
