Set on a small private estate overlooking sandy Praia Grande beach, this charming villa offers tranquil Atlantic Ocean views, with the large furnished terrace the perfect place to watch the sun set with a glass of wine, or over dinner from the barbeque. The gardens lead down to the private pool and patio area, with a gentle stroll a little further through the gardens taking you to the beach, accessed by a gate. Formerly a beekeeper’s cottage, the house has been completely refurbished into a modern and contemporary one-level beach villa. Well-equipped, with beach-chic interiors, the property is decorated in neutral colours throughout, with fun pops of colour. 

The open plan living area with dining table and kitchen leads out to a terrace through glass doors. The living area has a lovely fireplace, and the property also has air conditioning for warmer days. There is an en suite double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. The shower rooms are finished to an extremely high standard. This is an ideal property for family beach holidays, or for those wanting to play golf on one of the area’s many courses. The charming waterside village of Ferragudo, with its shops and restaurants, is only a short walk along the beach, and the larger town of Portimão is just 6km from the property.
