About the villa

This beautiful modern villa is set amongst lush greenery and boasts views of the Mediterranean sea. As you enter the property, you are greeted by a spacious open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, with french doors leading to a shaded terrace. Two double bedrooms with shower rooms en suite are also located on this floor. 

As you make your way outside, guests will be impressed by the private infinity pool with picturesque sea views. The surrounding pool terrace with smart sunbeds and built in seating for sundowners showcases a shaded al fresco dining area with a barbecue. Guests can also access the furnished roof terrace. 

Very privately positioned, Casamarea is just 300- 400 metres from a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket at 600 metres. There is a sandy cover and rocky beach at San Gregorio 700 metres from the property. The seaside towns of Torre Vado at just 3km has magnificent beaches with clear, gently sloping beaches with crystalline waters and lively beach clubs with bars and restaurants are a very short drive away. Further inexpensive restaurants are in and around picturesque local villages. There are a choice of beach clubs also at Santa Maria di Leuca. Day trips and yacht and boat trips can also be organised to explore the beautiful coastline and sea grottoes.  The picturesque towns of Ugento and Gallipoli are within a 30 minute drive. We are sure that CV guests will enjoy the convenient location, comfort and privacy of the property. An ideal spot to enjoy the slow pace of life and delicious food and wine of southern Italy.
