I lived in Spain for 14 years from 1997-2011, including Sevilla, Mallorca, Menorca before settling in Jerez de la Frontera. Apart from my time in Spain and travelling widely in Europe, I am very lucky to have visited some amazing destinations around the world. I’ll have to confess to having a bit of a love affair with the Caribbean where I have visited on many occasions. I am extremely passionate about sharing my in-depth Knowledge, helping my clients build their dream holiday in their chosen holiday destination.

What is your favourite destination? 

My Favourite destinations are Barbados and Menorca. Both are incredibly beautiful and cultural. Barbados has amazing beaches, food, arts and crafts, snorkelling and not forgetting Cricket. Menorca, equally has stunning beaches, great shops, outdoor markets and beautiful towns. If, you like gin, then you must try the famous Menorcan gin and lemon called a Pomada.

Which destination is top of your bucket list and why?

Greece and the Greek Islands are definitely at the top of my bucket list, shortly followed by Croatia. But as long as I can keep on travelling the world, I’m happy.

How do you spend your time whilst on holiday?

FI really like to sample the culture and food so I like going out and about a lot, but I also really enjoy those lazy days where I can chill and take in the lovely vistas from the side of the pool.

What's your top travel tip?

If you are deciding to go out for dinners, lunches and trips, do your research first, this will mean that you are well prepared and have knowledge. Try and always fill your days, your holiday will feel a lot longer.
