About the villa

Conveniently located just 9km from the picturesque hilltop town of Ostuni, Masseria Annabella is comfortably furnished in a fresh, contemporary style. There’s a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate sitting room, a children’s playroom, and five beautiful, light and newly furnished bedrooms. There is also a second kitchen, a gym and lots of space for fun and relaxation for large groups and families. Sleeping up to 10 guests, there are three double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, while two other bedrooms have direct access to their own shower room.

A large shaded terrace offers ample space for al fresco living beside the beautiful lawned garden, the centrepiece of which is a heatable pool. Poolside loungers and parasols are provided for ultimate relaxation, plus families with children can enjoy the playground, trampoline and table tennis. Upgrades for the 2023 season will include a new shaded dining area near the pool and two sofas, two chairs and two tables for the existing pergola near the house. 

This masseria is set in a wonderful private location, yet within easy reach of authentic restaurants and shops in Carovigno, Ostuni’s historic old town and the stunning coastline; the nearest beach, and beach club is just 15 minutes away by car. This villa is also within very easy reach of local airports, just 30 minutes from Brindisi and 60 minutes drive from Bari.
