About the villa

Villa Nisi is a perfectly spacious villa with a stunning infinity pool and views across the countryside to the sea reaching as far as Albania. Perfect for families, with seclusion and space inside and out, this villa is also walking distance to Kassiopi with a fantastic selection of tavernas and bars, plus supermarkets and boat hire. 

On the ground floor of this charming yellow painted villa is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern fittings and an island unit with breakfast bar, perfect for guests to socialise around whilst eating or drinking. Close by is the dining and living room area with lots of natural light and french doors providing access to the outdoor area. This space is ideal for seamless indoor, outdoor living. The ground floor also has a gym with exercise bike and weights, and a double bedroom with shower room en suite, both with doors opening out to the pool and garden area.

Upstairs, there are a further three double bedrooms, all with access to a balcony. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms share a shower room and a separate WC. The upstairs terrace area provides a comfortable seating area, a perfect place to take in the surrounding panoramic views.

Outside, guests can make use of the veranda area, al fresco dining space, built-in barbecue, bar area, table-tennis table and of course, the beautiful private pool. 

Kassiopi beach, Coyevinas beach and Avlaki beach are all between 2-3 km away, providing guests with a variety of beaches to choose from on their stay. Amenities in Kassiopi such as shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just a 20 minute walk away.

Average weather

Capital of Corfu’s north-east, Kassiopi is a thriving harbour and resort. Within a ring of souvenir and beach shops, it has a heart of gold: a cleanly-paved harbour, well-tended gardens, benches for the weary, and smart shops, restaurants, and cafés. Pleasure craft and cruise boats jostle for mooring space with small trawlers. Canons point out to sea, their threat long faded, against a backdrop of stylish Kassiopi villas and apartments rising in terraces from the harbour. A holiday in the hamlet of Kelia lies on the hillside above, within walking distance of the town.

boat Hire 

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
