About the villa

A fabulous family villa, El Mirador sits right above the water’s edge, with breath-taking uninterrupted views of the beautiful bay of Pollensa with the impressive landmarks of Castell di Manresa and the La Fortaleza, one of the locations for the TV drama The Night Manager  clearly visible in the distance. At the highest level of this impressive property, broad terraces are furnished for al fresco living, with a dining area, and spacious expanses for leisurely lounging. The main accommodation level is accessed from this terrace with large open plan dining, sitting and TV areas all sharing the wonderful views across the bay. The master bedroom suite also shares this view. A spiral staircase leads down from these reception rooms to another panoramic room with arched windows, sofa bed and access to a spacious double and twin bedroom which have new beds.

From the main terrace, a pathway and some steps lead down through the gardens to a barbecue area and then further steps lead down to the pool terrace. The pool suite is accessed from this terrace. From the pool area stone steps lead to a WC, shower, and sea swimming accessed from either a ladder from the rock platform or from steps cut into the rock at the adjacent rocky inlet. This is a very exclusive and quiet residential area, a couple of informal restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance of the villa with further restaurants cafés, bars and restaurants a little further afield and all amenities available in Alcudia, a ten minute drive away.  Adjacent to the property is the protected area of the Victoria peninsula, a nature reserve of dramatic scenery with pine trees, clear water bays and wildlife, much appreciated by walkers and cyclists.

About the area

Average weather

A Mediterranean playground, Mallorca—the largest of Spain’s Balearic Islands—is blessed with plenty of the unexpected. In addition to endless beaches, a villa holiday in Mallorca can also be packed with historic palaces and churches, driving routes along sheer cliffs with dramatic sea vistas, and quiet villages such as Deià tucked in the hills. You will also find great local food and unique wines in Binissalem, a lively arts scene in Palma, and, just a stone’s throw from your villa, outdoor fun that has nothing to do with the beach. Our range of luxury villas provide a fantastic base from which to explore Mallorca's beautiful beaches, historic Old Quarter, lively food markets and varied walking trails.
