Perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends, this villa offers a serene escape in the tranquil town of Alcúdia. 

Inside, guests can make use of the fully equipped kitchen, inviting open-plan living and dining area; with large French doors that flow out onto the outdoor area. Further on, there are three well-appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Step outside to discover a large private garden, complete with comfortable garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. Take a dip in the pool to refresh on a warm summer day and for those who enjoy staying active, enjoy the on-site sports amenities such as a basketball court and tables for both ping-pong, and pool.

Nestled within close proximity to several beautiful sandy beaches such as Playa Puerto Alcudia, Playa de Muro, and Playa de Can Picafort, Pacifica offers the ideal base for sun-seekers.
