Villa Sabbia is a newly built, contemporary retreat nestled in the exclusive enclave of Località Baia Salinedda, Capo Coda Cavallo; just 20 km south of Olbia and only 300 meters from the pristine sands of Salinedda Beach. 

The heart of the villa is its open plan living and dining area, designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing local delicacies, while the comfortable living/TV room offers a cosy space to unwind after a day in the sun. Two expansive covered terraces extend the living space outdoors, providing elegant settings for al fresco dining or simply soaking up Sardinia’s renowned climate.

The villa features four beautifully appointed double bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms also include additional sofa beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families. Each bedroom boasts its own en suite, finished to a high standard with walk-in showers, bathtubs, and elegant vanities. Select bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace, allowing guests to wake up to gentle sea breezes and garden views.

Step outside to discover the villa’s private heatable pool, surrounded by sun loungers and lush Mediterranean landscaping. Guests also enjoy exclusive use of a furnished area with eight sunbeds at nearby Salinedda Beach, just a short walk from the villa.

A highlight is the premium service; a private cook prepares three delicious meals a day, six days a week; a dedicated butler is on hand for eight hours daily; and daily housekeeping ensures a truly relaxing and indulgent experience.

The local area offers a wealth of natural beauty and activities. Baia Salinedda and Capo Coda Cavallo are renowned for their crystal clear waters, protected marine reserves, and scenic hiking trails. The vibrant town of San Teodoro, with its lively markets, restaurants, and nightlife, is just a 15 minute drive away, while the historic city of Olbia, offering shopping, cultural sites, and ferry connections, is only 20 km from the villa.
