About the villa

Strongilo sits in a hard to beat location overlooking the sea near St Stephano. Agios Stefanos is just a 15-minute walk away, while Kerasia beach is only a 5 minute drive from the villa. Strongilo feels perfectly private, surrounded by tall trees framing the fantastic sea view. This terracotta villa is built across two floors decorated in warm neutral shades; the ground floor is for open plan living with a comfortable seating area, an indoor dining table positioned to enjoy the view and a well-equipped kitchen area; a twin bedroom and shower room complete the ground floor.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms - one double and one twin, which share a bathroom making this perfect property for a small family holiday. Outside, a charming cobbled terrace features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ and al fresco seating area, plus a large private pool with loungers.

Average weather

As you navigate the winding hill dotted with olive trees and beehives, St Stephano glimpsed far below looks every bit the archetypal Greek fishing village. Lining a horseshoe-shaped bay facing the Albanian mountains, it is a scattering of houses, a succession of tavernas, and a series of jetties, all set in a wooded amphitheatre dotted with elegant villas and cypress trees. It is striking, yet still has working fishing boats; a St Stephano holiday is a retreat of simple pleasures.

boat HIRE

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
